Ar_Becker_2009

The considered RKM takes into account electrons, the argon atom ground state :math:`\mathrm{Ar[1p_0]}`, the argon atom ion :math:`\mathrm{Ar}^\mathrm{+}`, and argon atoms in a lumped excited state :math:`\mathrm{Ar}^\mathrm{*}`. 
The lumped excited state represents two metastable states of the argon atom :math:`\mathrm{Ar[1s]}_\mathrm{5}` and :math:`\mathrm{Ar[1s]}_\mathrm{3}`.
